Why wouldn’t I hire in-house?

How does the delivery process work?

If you’re subscribed to the On-demand plan, we’ll work on one project at a time. For full-service plans, we work on two projects at a time. Okay, so what does that look like? Let’s say you’re on the full-service plan. If you want us to work on a thought leadership article and a landing page, we’ll work on them at the same time, but we won’t start the next project until one of these is approved by your team. We’ll continue to work on your content until you’re 100% happy with it.

Who is writing my copy?

Humans who are really good at writing! Our writers are senior level, experienced, creative, and dedicated. They’ve worked with some of the country’s biggest brands to craft compelling and authentic stories. It’s what we do.

Can I really pause anytime?

Yes! Seriously. We understand that some months might not have a heavy lift. If you want to pause your subscription, you totally can. If the partnership is just not working out, you can cancel at any time, too. A renewal will be avoided with a written notice at least 21 days before your next billing date.

What if I don’t even know where to start?

Sometimes starting is the hardest part! We're happy to help anyone with strategy, for free. We can work together to develop a custom content calendar for your specific needs and goals. We’re all about building a real relationship and a lasting partnership. We’re here to set you up for success.
